Wright Shippee Fellow Robert “Sky” Sabin ‘10 did an independent research on Convergence of Luthiers on Cape Cod in Cape Cod, MA. Robert is majoring in Music. He writes, “I’ve always been interested in the effects of a custom instrument on the player and what goes into building a fine guitar. The film provides insights into both. What interests me about guitar building is that the process is simultaneously creative, intuitive, mathematical and scientific. It is incredibly precise.”
