Campus Alert: Power Outage

Dear Wheaton community,

Due to the storm, the power and wi-fi have been out on campus and in the surrounding Norton area since 10:30 a.m. National Grid is working to restore power to the campus. 

Classes are canceled for the remainder of the day. Chase is open for dining. Some buildings have full electrical capacity and are accessible if needed—Mars Science Center for Technology, Haas Athletic Center, the Wallace library and Conger Commons in Pine Hall.   

Please avoid using elevators and remember that candles and other flammables are not permitted.

We will share more information on the restoration of power when it is made available.
