Creativity in Hard Times II: Student Performances of Music by WPA Composers

Wheaton pianists will present a concert with commentary as a companion to Visiting Artist Leslie Amper’s lecture/recital Creativity in Hard Times: The Federal Music Project of the 1930’s. The students will perform works by American composers including Florence Price, Ernest Bloch, Henry Cowell and Roy Harris.
