Wheaton students publish translations
Wheaton students from Professor Anderson’s translation course have contributed their translations to the Collaborative Translation Project at the University of Michigan.
The project aims to make Diderot and D’Alembert’s Encyclopédie (1751-1772), comprising some 70,000 articles, available in English. Contributions from Wheaton include, among others, ‘cuckoo‘, ‘pirate‘, ‘everlasting’, ‘heather’ and ‘imperfect”
