Pamela Vaz

Pam Vaz is the Assistant to the President and Secretary to the Board of Trustees and an ex officio member of the President’s Council. In addition to serving as a liaison between departments, her varied duties related to the President’s Office include internal and external facing projects and events. She also serves as the Secretary to the Corporation.

Pam joined Wheaton College in 2008, with a position in Advancement during Wheaton’s Go Beyond Campaign. In 2015, she started in the President’s Office serving as Administrative Associate and then Executive Assistant before stepping into her current role in 2021. Prior to coming to Wheaton, Pam spent over twenty years at Creative Marketing Solutions, Inc. as the assistant to the president and chief executive officer.
