Democracy in Action

Diane Quinn Kennedy, a member of the class of 1986 and a member of the Board of Selectmen in Cohasset, MA, will be speaking at 6pm next Wednesday, April 26th, in the Holman Room in Mary Lyon Hall. She’ll be discussing the importance of local government, the difficulties she’s faced as she has worked to find a way into the political arena, and the many ways in which individuals can make a difference through politics on the municipal level.
