Shouse Fellow Ezra Citron ‘12 worked on Blackberry Meadows Farm in Natrona Heights, PA. Ezra is majoring in Chemistry. He writes, “This experience also exposed me to the blossoming sustainable farming network in the Pittsburgh area. My work on the farm enabled me to be able to better appreciate the huge labor inputs that go into growing healthy food in a sustainable fashion.”
