Under the direction of Assistant Professor of Music Jeff Cashen, the band explores the sonic possibilities of jazz and related genres. The concert will include compositions by McCoy Tyner, Jaki Byard, Joe Zawinul, Benny Golson, Antonio Carlos Jobim and others.
