Wallace Library supports National Voter Registration Day

Tuesday, September 22nd is National Voter Registration Day! Wallace Library is excited to provide voting information and support for members of the Wheaton community through their chat service. If you need to register or request ballots, we are here to help! Librarians are available on weekdays from 9:30AM until 4:30PM to help you get ready to vote in November. Visit http://chat.wallacelibrary.org/ to get started!

Many states offer electronic registration and requests for absentee ballots, but some will still require you to complete these tasks through the mail. So, you will have to get started early! According to the Tufts University Center for Information & Research on Civic Learning and Engagement, college students cite limited access to information about voter registration and/or absentee voting and voting by mail, and we want to help make sure you have everything you need to vote in November.

Not sure if you are registered to vote?
